Refunds

If, during your puppy’s veterinary check-up, the results do not align with the provided health records or if the puppy is found to be unhealthy or has genetic issues, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. This refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. However, a replacement puppy will only be offered if a written and signed statement from two licensed veterinarians, each from different clinics, confirms the presence of genetic defects.

Within the first 90 days following the purchase, if the buyer feels unable to provide adequate care for the puppy, they may return the puppy for a full refund. Before issuing the refund, a health check will be conducted to ensure the puppy has not experienced any adverse life changes affecting its health. If the veterinarian finds the puppy unwell, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

After the initial 90 days, if the buyer wishes to return the puppy due to an inability to provide proper care, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Policy

Returns Within 90 Days
If, within the first 90 days from the date of purchase, the buyer wishes to return the puppy due to an inability to provide proper care, they will be responsible for the re-shipping fee to send the puppy back to the breeder.

Returns After 90 Days
For any requests to return the puppy after the initial 90 days, the buyer will still be responsible for the re-shipping fee if they can no longer provide the necessary care for the puppy.

Health Concerns
If a veterinary check-up reveals that the puppy is unwell or has genetic defects, the breeder will cover the re-shipping fee. However, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within the first 7 days following the purchase to qualify for this provision.

To initiate a return, please complete the form located at the bottom of this page. Once submitted, we will review your request and begin the return and refund process. You can expect a review period of 24 to 48 hours, followed by 3 to 5 business days to process your refund transfer.

We have a robust return and refund policy in place to ensure a sense of security for all our customers. Historically, we have not encountered any returns due to genetic defects or health issues. In fact, we’ve only had one puppy returned; the owner had to relocate abroad for work and could not find someone to care for the puppy.
